Why hello there, and thank you for your interest.  I'm a British screenwriter, novelist and general purveyor of fiction.  While I love any drama with some kind of intensity, great characters or preferably both, many of my passions lie within genre fare like horror, sci-fi and thrillers.  Here are my Best Bits So Far (see my CV for the full run-down):

I script-edited 2012 film The Man Inside, a boxing thriller starring Peter Mullan, David Harewood, Michelle Ryan and Ashley 'Bashy' Thomas.

The film was written and directed by Dan Turner, and centres on a young boxer who struggles to escape the shadow of his violent father.  It's due for UK cinema release this year.

I'm the writer and executive producer of Stormhouse, the 2011 horror film directed by Dan Turner and starring Jane Seymour's daughter, Katie Flynn.  Stormhouse had its world premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival, before heading to London for the Film 4 FrightFest and then LA for Screamfest.

February 2012 saw the film released on DVD by Lionsgate US.  The UK DVD release date is July 9 2012 via High Fliers.

I have several new feature films in various stages of development.

I've written various pieces of official Doctor Who fiction.  The most recent is the BBC audiobook Doctor Who: The Gemini Contagion, which featured the Eleventh Doctor (Matt Smith) and Amy Pond.

Within the expanded Doctor Who universe, I wrote the BBC audiobook Sarah Jane Advenures: Deadly Download, which starred the late and much-missed Elisabeth Sladen.

My 24-minute drama Ghost Writer can be viewed online. Produced by the TAPS organisation in 2010, it's about love, death and letting go.  It stars actors from the likes of Waterloo Road, Casualty 1909 and Midsomer Murders.

In 2006, my debut novel Friday The 13th: Hate-Kill-Repeat was released through Black Flame Publishing.  It was an official tie-in novel licensed by New Line Cinema.
